6/25/2020: We drove to a Missouri state park called Graham Cave State Park and got our camper set up. Later we hiked to a small cave.

6/26–28/20: We drove from the state park to a state park near Springfield, Illinois. Later, we went to Knights Action Park and we had a lot of fun at the amusement park and water park. I had the most fun at the go-carts. On Saturday we did “Lincoln day”. We went to visit his tomb, his early adulthood home in New Salem, IL, and also Ottawa, IL which was one of the sites of the Lincoln-Douglas debates. We ate at a neat brewery in town called The Lone Buffalo. Sunday we packed up and headed to northern Illinois.

6/29–30/20: We arrived in northern Illinois at our campground. We hiked in Matthiessen State Park to a waterfall. The following day we went on a trail at Starved Rocks State Park.

6/30–7/3 We packed up and headed towards Arrowhead Campground in Wisconsin Dells got settled at our campground and rode bikes around the next day. We took a boat tour through the whole of the Wisconsin Dells that lasted a few hours. The next day we went to the Noah’s Ark water park, we took a drive around the Devil's Lake, and stopped at the east bluff trail. We went about halfway up and then I helped my grandma and grandpa down the last half. At the end of the day, we went to a restaurant called Macs and had different types of mac and cheese. Thursday we went back to Noah’s Ark water park and then went miniature golfing. Friday we went to an outdoor park called Kalahari, which was an indoor and outdoor water park.

7/4/20: spent the fourth of July at a mini-golf course and watched fireworks from the golf course. Later that night I went to a concert that was performing at the campground. It was the first concert I had ever been to.

7/5/20: Today was an 8 and a half-hour drive home.
